You might know me as the surfski queen of Denmark?

I am pretty much just a flatwater paddler who fell in love with the ocean and downwind in 2015. Now I travel the world and compete at Worlds, World Cups, and Europeans, develop my skills.

Since 2022 family has become much more important, still I do my best promoting this amazing sport in Denmark.

Født 1989. Gik på special idrottsgymnasium i Sverige, Kanot Gynmasiet, Nyköping med linjefag; professionel atlet, leder, træner og almene idrætskundskaber. Jeg er uddannet idræts underviser ved Paul Petersens idrætsinstitut. Frivillig underviser i Open air hold, B&U træner i kano/kajak, gymnastik underviser, leder til sommerskoler, samlinger og kolonier mm. Jeg har roet kajak hele mit liv og er erfaren roer i de fleste bådtyper og farvande. Jeg underviser alle, fra en ny havkajakroer der skal tage de første sikre tag til unge eliteroere. Uddannet ergoterapeut. Kandidat i Idræt og Sundhed, SDU med specialisering i Læring, lederskab, innovative processer, talentudvikling og sports psykologi. Har siddet i Dansk Kano og Kajakforbunds bestyrelse siden 2018. Erhvervserfaring: Social psykiatri, akut neurologi.

Born 1989. Went to a High School Gymnasium i Kayaking, Sweden. Educated instructor and teacher in sports and teaching. Teacher in secondary school. Volunteer Kayak, swimming and gymnastics teacher. Educated Occupational Therapist. I work with people with mental challenges. In the Danish Canoe Federation Board since 2018. Studying Sports & health specializing in Learning, Leadership, Innovative Processes, Talent Development and Sports Psychology. Work experience: Social psychiatry, neurology.

Fun Fact: Did the Vasaloppet four times. Been on a 3 weeks DJ school Sunny Beach. Started knitting 2018. Favorite quote #playhard

  • Stopped counting my Danish and Nordic Medals as a youth and junior flatwater paddler 200, 500, 1000, 5000m.

  • 2008-2011, I could not do sport for 2 years, because of an injury.

  • Trained myself back to the U23 National Team.

  • National Team Paddler af Olympic Squad until 2015.

  • 2015 First time Ocean Racing Paddler
