I hedebølge?
ENGLISH
It was yet another day and I could choose between paddling at sea with the elite or paddle with the surf ski school and all the adult exercise people. My purpose here is not to say anything is better than anything else. My goal is to see what I need down here and remember to be loyal to myself.
This morning, I could choose between paddling with the Elite. The coach would tell the route and everyone would be buzzing at sea. I would to be on the beach, I'm not out as fast as everyone else, and left for 16 km.
So I chose the Surfski School. We started on benches and Dawid and Nikki were the guests of the day. They talked about the route to the Cape Point Challenge, gave advice to paddle in the headwind and the seaweed, and then we took off. jointly. Everyone could join, everyone was included. Nikki and Dawid shouted motivational words out there. There is no doubt that I was the right place.
I was allowed to put my / Lis surf skiing in the club and now I should no longer be a burden as for the Hart family to load my surf ski and drive me all the time.
In the supermarket there were various bars that were to be tested before the Cape Point Challenge. It's actually hard to find something that is not diet, low carb chatter! I am testing new drinking system, clothes, shoes, hat. Nothing to be untested before the event!
Lennert from Sweden tells an evil truth about the race. When we start, on the other side of Cape Point, it's at sunrise, it's cold in the air, and the water is even colder on that side. I fear it! How to paddle for 25 km. Ice water and then 25 km. in heat?
Rumors are going about the route. The weather does not look positive. Last year was close to being scandalous. I'm glad I don't have to be responsible for this race. When the start goes, there is only one way - home. There is no cell phone coverage. There are nowhere to come ashore, few are hard to find. It is intended that everyone is sent off in different heat according to pace, so everyone has to go around cape points simultaneously, in terms of safety. But right now the question is also, will the route ever go around Cape Point? I hope so!
I don't care about the waves right now. I just want to roam around Cape Point!
